Maths lesson today was quite alright. At least he was teaching from the textbook and he was making sense. And I actually don't mind staying in his class if he continues teaching this way. HAHA But he gives alot of homework :( I just completed 33 questions yesterday and I have another 52 to complete today. Sucks.

Was thinking about Singapore and USA education system. Like, how students here have to apply for college/uni themselves. But in Singapore, the government actually does it for you. Like, they post you to the secondary/jc you want to go to. I guess they're more independent here? Haha that's what I think.

Today me and my two friends were talking about our past memories and we were laughing away in the library and actually, no one really cares. Hahaha there are no librarians to hunt you down and glare at you and ask you to keep your volume down.

Then we were talking about how much we miss Singapore. Yeah, we actually prefer the education system back there. Maybe because we're used to it? I MISS SINGAPORE LA.

And I made two new friends today :)
And I did my homework for the first time today!
And my attempt to change math class failed.

Watched a movie during music lessons today and it was so boring, i almost fell asleep. But besides that, it was alright. I like my music teacher, he's freaking cute. He was like dancing to the music or something, and HE'S SO CUTE!! And we had our first music quiz today. Haha but it was pretty easy anyway.

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL! Seriously, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It was pretty fun actually. And I love my English teacher - She's really nice and funny. And her lessons are quite interesting. My music teacher is really nice too, and I heard that his classes are somewhat easy. But I got to get 90 to get an A, and I'm so gonna get that A! I want to get a good GPA. I want to get into Berkeley. Haha anyway, there's a weekly quiz for music, so that kinda suck. And guess what? I have a couple of english assignments to complete already!

I saw so many pretty girls in school. And hot babes. It seriously doesn't feel like a school at all. You can practically do anything in the school. You can hold hands with your partner, you can smoke in school, you can have tattoos, you can wear whatever you want, and show whatever body parts you want, and practically anything you want.

There's Carls Jr and Starbucks in the cafeteria of the school. And there's Starbucks right below my place. And I LOVE STARBUCKS. Hahaha that was just a random comment. On another random note, there's THREE Victorias in my English class. Pretty cool. Haha.

Oh, AND MY MATHS PROFESSOR IS HONG. He's an asian and I heard his teachings REALLY sucks. And I heard his tests/exams questions are so freaking difficult, it's like the standard for university students or something, and I am so gonna die in his class. I tried to drop it, and change to another professor but there's no available timing to fit into my timetable! I don't want to flunk it, it's gonna affect my GPA! It's a true story, about his account of his six weeks in rehab.
He was an alcoholic and a crack addict.
It's a great book. Everyone should read it.
And his writing style is really unique.
And you can almost feel the pain & agony he's going through.
It's worth the money & the time. Go read it!
